Our mission is to contribute value to the sector and accelerate the renewable energy transition by enabling sustainable growth, reliable energy solutions, and a cleaner future.

How it started

Greenside was founded by Necati Serbest and Batuhan Ayaz, two long-time professionals with nearly 25 years of combined experience in the renewable energy market.

After years of working as executives in leading energy projects, they decided to create a company built on accurate engineering, integrity, and long-term sustainability.

Driven by a shared vision to elevate the standards of renewable energy consultancy in the world, they combined their expertise in wind and solar energy with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

By building a dynamic team that continuously improves and expands its technical capabilities, Greenside aims to deliver reliable, evolving, and world-class engineering services every single day.

Following a year of preparation, Greenside officially began operations in the summer of 2025.

With Turkey entering a new decade of growth — expecting nearly 100 GW of new wind and solar investments — Greenside is committed to supporting investors and financial institutions alike, ensuring that this energy transition is technically sound, efficient, and sustainable for the industry’s future.
